The Dallas Cowboys were busy on Thursday as training camp rolled on, making roster additions while dealing with some tough injury news.

New Additions
The Cowboys signed running back Malik Davis, bringing in another option for the backfield. The team also claimed guard Nick Broeker off waivers from the Pittsburgh Steelers, adding depth to the offensive line.
Season-Ending Injuries
Unfortunately, the injury report brought some bad news. Offensive lineman Robert Jones has been placed on season-ending injured reserve due to a neck injury. Fellow lineman Dakoda Shepley has also been placed on season-ending IR.
Both moves create holes in the team’s offensive line depth as camp continues.
Micah Parsons Day to Day
On the defensive side, star pass rusher Micah Parsons remains day to day with a back injury, according to head coach Brian Schottenheimer. Parsons was absent from Thursday’s practice, but Schottenheimer explained that the three-time Pro Bowler was simply getting work done on his back.
The Cowboys will continue to monitor Parsons’ status closely with the regular season now less than a month away.
